Q: Are you for real?
A: Yes, we are one of the few real pAGG brands on the market and stand by our quality product. You will see photos of our actual product on our website, in social media circles, on the cover of Woman’s World magazine and around the neighborhood in local nutrition stores
Q: How are your prices lower than the competition?
A: We are the #1 supplier of pAGG and we count on high volume and re-orders from satisfied customers to be able to drive down costs and pass the savings on to you. We focus on cutting costs by selling direct and NOT by cutting the quality of ingredient. Notice that we use 150mg of 100% R-ALA rather than a racemic mixture of S-ALA and R-ALA. This is a costly choice, and only one example of our quality control – but it pays off when satisfied customers return frequently after losing pounds.
Questions about Shipping/Checkout/Tracking
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Currently we ship internationally via USPS First Class and International Express. Please see our International Orders page to place an order. We have shipped to: Canada, Australia, UK, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, and UAE without issues. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Q: Can I update my shipping address after checkout?
A: Yes, please contact us via the support form to the left with your transaction ID and your updated shipping address. If we haven’t already shipped your product, we will update your address and ship to the new address.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to check out?
A:You do not need a PayPal account to purchase the pAGG Supplement System. During checkout you will be given an option to use PayPal for checkout or a Visa/MC/Amex/Discover.
Q: Do you allow for order by mail?

Q: How do I cancel my auto-ship pAGG Subscription Service that ships every other month?
A: You can visit your PayPal profile at anytime to cancel your auto-ship program, or you can email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout to cancel your order.

Q: Will pAGG be OK to take with my Medication?
A:Your question is a very important question. Unfortunately by law we cannot give any advice relating to drug interactions or medical conditions. Please consult your physician before beginning a pAGG supplement routine. Our nutrition panel located on www.paggsupplement.com will have the information necessary for your physician to advise you if pAGG is safe for you.
Q: Will the garlic or other ingredients cause bad breath, burps or indigestion?
A: The garlic in our supplements is an aged garlic. The purpose of including aged garlic in our supplements is that it does not tend to cause the same indigestion or bad breath in people as fresh garlic. There are no other ingredients in our supplement that have any odor at all.
Q: Is the garlic extract in your supplement aged garlic?
A: Yes, The garlic extract in our supplement is a fresh garlic root extract ingredient that is naturally aged 20 months. It contains 2% ALLICIN (4mg, 16mg daily) which maintains a high bio-availability in tablet form. This is a comparable daily dose of taking a traditional over-the-counter garlic extract pill found in your local pharmacy.
Q: Is your product 100% gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly?
A:Yes, our ingredients listed and those ingredients used in the Pharmaceutical Glaze are all 100% gluten free, and none are derived from animal sources.
Q: I have a hard time swallowing tablets, will these be difficult to swallow?
A:The All Day™ tablets are less than 900 mg and can be split in half with a tablet splitter if you tend have difficulty swallowing pills without significantly effecting the timed release element of the supplement. The Night Time™ tablets are significantly smaller and can also be split if needed.
Q: Will I get insomnia or have difficulty sleeping on pAGG?
A:Our pAGG All Day™ tablets include de-caffeinated green tea and our pAGG Night Time™ tablets include no caffeinated ingredients at all. There should be nothing in our stack that contributes to sleeplessness of any kind.
Q: What should I eat while taking pAGG? How can I lose weight the fastest?
A:We recommend a diet of whole, natural foods void of processed carbohydrates, added sugars, and fruit juices.

Q: I have a sensitivity to corn and corn products. Can you tell me what the plant sources are for the microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose sodium in your product?
A: Microcrystalline Cellulose is derived from wood fiber source, ours is derived similarly from sugar cane. Our Croscarmellose sodium is made from a cellulose / sodium hydroxide solution. It forms sodium chloride and sodium glycolate as the byproducts.
